It came exactly as pictured. I am very pleased. Well made, soft and fluffy. Will update after we have slept on it.Update>After sleeping on it the first night. Its soft and cushioning but it is VERY hot. I was dripping wet on my back. So.... I put my cotton mattress cover on top of it that is more breathable....and that did the trick.So I wouldnt expect this to cool you off at all.

I love this mattress pad! I was a little worried when I opened the box and found a vacuum packed bundle the size of a sheet set, but when unsealed it quickly inflated (pictures included) and fluffed up to a comforter size product. (If you shake it out and give it a couple hours to re-inflate, you will be happy with the result.) The fit was great for my deep king mattress and the corners fit perfectly. The fabric is soft and cool to the touch, and the liner feels like a comforter. Great product, comfortable to lay on, and looks great even though you will cover it with sheets. 5 stars.

I needed this. I tend to be a night sweater, and this cover helps me two-fold. It's cooling, so I don't get quite as hot at night. And it stops accumulated sweat from staining the mattress when it was just the fitted sheet. Very comfortable. Easy to wash. And it doesn't crinkle, or make any noise at all, when I move around on it. It's also a perfect fit for my queen mattress. Zero complaints with this product.

My other mattress pads are big and heavy and take up the whole wash machine. This is nice and thin, lightweight, still does the job. It's not a very thick pad but in return it's a space saver, Nice and lightweight, still does the job of the gigantic ones. This is exactly what I was looking for.

This mattress pad is so nice, and even came beautifully packaged. I washed it as directed before putting it on the bed. It came out soft and was easy to put on the mattress. Even for the smaller 10" queen mattress on the platform bed, it was a perfect fit with the elastic beneath generous enough to keep in place. Comfortable and soft. Perfect fit and pretty.
